Some Pioneers come in with most of it installed and want straight customization. Some come in cold. The two hours flex to where you actually are.
We start where you are. If you're cold, we install the stack: Claude Code, Obsidian, the Sovereign Ecosystem repo cloned into your own vault. If you've already done the prep, we move straight to customization. By the end of the hour, your AI is reading your notes and your notes are reading you back. Or we go deeper. Your call.
A few days later, after you've lived with it. We tune it to the way you actually work. Skill loadout, vault structure, the hooks and routines that fit your week. You leave with a workspace that's yours, not a template someone else built.
The structure is loose on purpose. The two hours are yours.
